hi,looking for an old mate,eric hughes,was
in the sea cadets(oglet lane)with him,also sailed on the m.v reventazon
with him,he lived in speke,western ave ??, but was told he had moved
to warrington.can any one help with this one! or who knows me from the

Name is Maxwell ( Maxie) George Humber Born in Newfoundland Canada,
He is app. 86-88 yrs. old could be living in a seniors home etc. He
is an ex-boxer and was a cook or chef on the ship The "Maron"
of the Blue Funnel Lines in 1964. The last known address on him was
Liverpool as he sailed out of there to the far east. We are despertly
trying to find him as he is well advanced in age and has no other Known
relatives in the UK . His only child is my father John Andrew Humber
d.o.b. sept 19, 1934 St. John's Nf Ca . My dad would love to to see
his father again, would like to let him know that he has a family, and
we want him to be a part of it . Would anybody who knows him let him

HI, Do you know this family???? I've
started researching my husband's family Davies, any help would be appreciated.
James Hargreaves Davies married Mary Blackburn, he worked for a company
called Harwood, Banner & Son in Liverpool from 1882 to 1926. They
lived at 136 Belmont Road and then at 39 Granton Road, Anfield. Both
James and Mary are buried in Anfield Cememtery. Their children were:
Ada who married a William Henry Edwards John married Louise Roberts
William went to South Africa Ethel married Benjamin Cain, from the IOM
Harry married Lucy Batson and went to Barbados Maud married George Edwards

Corinthian Avenue Primary in Old Swan between 1976 and 1983, and any
lads who started at West Derby Comp in 1983 - their first year head
being Dave Thrasher, fifth year being Mr Bennett in 1988 - we were in
