Went to Evered Avenue School and used to hang out on the rec near Evered Avenue and Rice Lane. Went to the Bungalow Cafe and met up with lots of old friends there. Went for many bike rides Formby with Pat Caine, Frank Dumbledon, Ken Potts Neil Tonge and many others. Joined the Girls Nautical Training corps and the Y.H.A. Joined the Mersysippi Jazz Club.
