Hi. Alwyn Owen here, a Kiwi researching
his Welsh/Liverpudlian background. Grandfather, Owen Owen, was a Mersey
pilot, and I'd like to know where I might purchase a copy of "Beyond
the Bar," or alternatively how I might contact its author, Barry
Youde. Apparently its publishers, Laver Publishing, are no longer in
business. Would also love to know where I might obtain a photo of old
Arnold Street, Toxteth Park....& best of all, would love to contact
any descendents of Owen Owen who once lived in that street.Alwyn Owen
